1. What is DoProofly?
DoProofly is a mobile habit and task tracker that helps you stay accountable by requiring proof (a photo or screenshot) for each completed task. AI automatically verifies the proof to confirm real completion, giving you honest and measurable progress.
2. How does proof verification work?
When you upload a photo or screenshot, it's securely sent to our servers and analyzed by an AI model through a verified workflow. If the image matches the task description, it's marked as done. All proof images are automatically deleted within minutes after analysis — they are never stored permanently.
3. What kind of data does DoProofly collect?
DoProofly only collects minimal data to operate properly:
- Anonymous user ID (or optional Google/Apple account ID)
- Task progress and app usage statistics (via Firebase)
- Subscription status (via RevenueCat)
- Temporary proof images for verification

4. Who can see my uploaded proof images?
No one except the automated verification system. Proofs are processed by AI and are not reviewed by humans. Images are deleted automatically after verification — usually within 15 minutes.
5. What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
You can re-upload a new proof for the same task on the same day. After several failed attempts, the day may be marked as "not done," but you can try again the next day. We are continuously improving AI accuracy with anonymous feedback data.
6. What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free: 1 active task, 2 total tasks, up to 2 archived
Pro: 5 active tasks, 10 total/archived, and access to the Phase system
Both plans include 50 proof uploads per month by default.
7. How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can view, change, or cancel your plan anytime in your store account settings. Refunds must also be handled through the store's official process.
8. How is my privacy protected?
Your data is encrypted in transit and securely stored using Firebase infrastructure. Proofs are temporary; no personal data is shared or sold. For all details, check the Privacy Policy.
9. Can I use DoProofly offline?
You can open and view your existing tasks, but proof uploads and AI verification require an internet connection. Offline proofs are queued and uploaded once you reconnect.
